WIN-O2 classes are designed to improve cardiovascular endurance, with the goal of increasing muscle tone, relieving stress and creating a more efficient basal metabolic rate.


WIN-STR taps into your inner athlete, working your muscles in every way possible. Based on push-pull training principles, WIN-STR classes are circuit-style and provide a simple yet effective workout for anyone, ranging from those picking up their first barbell to seasoned athletes.


WIN-X classes are High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workouts, that alternate between high intensity bursts and short resting periods to achieve fast results. Classes ends with a 5 minute core circuit designed to get everything out of the tank.


WIN-AR classes take the best of yoga, barre, mobility drills, neurological exercises and self-myofascial release to develop balance, flexibility, stability and range of motion. WIN-AR is a must for every athlete.
